COMMUNITY

Our goal is to build the Pittsfield community into a destination spot and to help those within the area who are less fortunate.  From youth centers, to evening meals for the homeless  to food banks for those in transition, 100% of the funds raised from this festival go to these causes.  When you gaze across the Pittsfield Common you will be able to see where the funds raised are benefiting. The Festival works with Fenn Street Community Development Corporation, a 501 (c) (3) organization to channel funds in support of the above. Check out where the dollars went from last year's Berkshire Craft Beer Festival and Chug Run 5K.

Proceeds from the 2017 Festival provided for many people, specifically: A truck load of personal care items,Turkeys for hundreds of less fortunate Thanksgiving 2017, A new commercial refrigerator for a food bank, Financial support for three food banks, Financial support of the Boy Scouts of America, Financial  support of the Jimmy Fund - Berkshire youth fishing derby, Citizenship scholarship at Wahconah High School....and more/

Local People

With decades of experience in the food and beverage industries, local professionals, Jim Bronson and Matt Mottor, founded and operate the festival along with a team of volunteers!  Jim and Matt have again teamed up with Kent Lemme, owner of Berkshire Running Center to provide a first class 5k. Please join us for a great time supporting a great cause.
